XtremeRGB Capture Cards — DVI, Analogue RGB & SD Capture
XtremeRGB Range
XtremeRGB is the range for capturing legacy analogue RGB, DVI and SD composite/S-Video sources — common in medical imaging suites still running older modalities, digital signage estates, machine vision and industrial equipment with analogue outputs. Channel counts run from one (XtremeRGB-Ex1+) up to eight (XtremeRGB-Ex8), with mixed SD-plus-DVI options (XtremeRGB-Ex4+) and dedicated dual-SDI (XtremeRGB-SDI2) variants for projects that need to consolidate several older sources onto as few PCIe slots as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between XtremeAV and XtremeRGB?
XtremeAV mixes HD and SD capture with audio on one card — for example DVI-I plus composite — and includes the quad DVI-I Xtreme-HD4. XtremeRGB covers DVI and analogue RGB capture (Ex1+, Ex2+), mixed SD plus DVI/RGB (Ex4+), eight-channel SD (Ex8) and dual SDI (SDI2).
Do I need a video wall controller?
No. Each card works in a standard PC with PCIe slots. They can also be fitted in a VSN chassis when the sources feed a video wall.
Which card for 4K60 HDMI, DisplayPort or 3G-SDI?
For current 4K60 digital sources, see the Digital Capture Cards (XtremeDV).
