Shipping and Returns
Delivery Time
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday usually dispatch within 2–4 days. When we process your order, we'll estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on item availability and your chosen shipping option — shipping date estimates are emailed to you along with your order acknowledgment.
Calculating Cost
Shipping is a flat rate based on destination: £15.00 for UK orders, £35.00 for international orders — shown automatically at checkout once you select your delivery country. This is the same rate regardless of order size or item weight.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient, collected by the customs authority or courier at the time of delivery.
Our Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any carriage charges incurred by us, as long as the item is in saleable condition. An extended returns period must be agreed before ordering.
We cannot accept returns of items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery, are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts, accessories or serial number/UPC. Refunds are credited to the original purchasing card or bank account, and we do our best to process returns quickly.
How to Return an Item by Mail
Contact us via Technical Support to obtain a Return Authorisation Number before sending anything back.
Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid additional fees, along with a packing list indicating the reason for return. We recommend returning items via a tracked, insured courier and reusing the original shipping carton and packing materials where possible.
You're responsible for return freight charges — unless the product was damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped, in which case we'll credit your shipping cost. Please include your postal receipt in the return package as proof of postage.
