XtremeAV Capture Cards — Multi-Channel HD & SD Capture
XtremeAV Range
XtremeAV is built for projects that need to mix modern HD sources with legacy SD or analogue inputs on a single card, with full analogue and digital audio capture synchronised across every channel. It's a common fit for medical imaging suites and lecture capture rigs pairing a current HDMI/SDI camera with an older SD monitoring or document-camera feed — see XtremeAV-SDI for three-channel SDI/DVI capture or XtremeAV-HD2+ for a two-HDMI-channel layout.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between XtremeAV and XtremeRGB?
XtremeAV mixes HD and SD capture with audio on one card — for example DVI-I plus composite — and includes the quad DVI-I Xtreme-HD4. XtremeRGB covers DVI and analogue RGB capture (Ex1+, Ex2+), mixed SD plus DVI/RGB (Ex4+), eight-channel SD (Ex8) and dual SDI (SDI2).
Do I need a video wall controller?
No. Each card works in a standard PC with PCIe slots. They can also be fitted in a VSN chassis when the sources feed a video wall.
Which card for 4K60 HDMI, DisplayPort or 3G-SDI?
For current 4K60 digital sources, see the Digital Capture Cards (XtremeDV).
