Digital Capture Cards (XtremeDV)
4K60 HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort, 3G-SDI and network capture on PCIe Gen 3
XtremeDV is the current-generation, all-digital capture range, built on an eight-lane PCIe Gen 3 interface. Specify it when a project needs true 4K60 capture: dual HDMI 2.0 with 4:4:4 chroma and HDCP 2.2 (XtremeDV-UHD2), dual DisplayPort 1.2 (XtremeDV-DP2), four channels of 3G-SDI at 1080p60 (XtremeDV-SDI4), or four HDMI channels mixing 4K60 and 1080p60 (XtremeDV-HD4+). For AV-over-IP, XtremeDV-S2 captures two SDVoE streams and XtremeDV-A2 receives Aligo streams from Aetria networks.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which XtremeDV card do I need?
Match the card to the source: XtremeDV-UHD2 for two HDMI 2.0 sources at 4K60, XtremeDV-DP2 for two DisplayPort 1.2 sources, XtremeDV-SDI4 for four 3G-SDI sources, XtremeDV-HD4+ for four HDMI sources (two at 4K60, two at 1080p60), XtremeDV-S2 for SDVoE networks and XtremeDV-A2 for Aetria (Aligo) networks.
Do XtremeDV cards need a video wall controller?
No. Every XtremeDV card works in a standard PC with PCIe slots. They can also be fitted in a VSN chassis alongside XtremeImage graphics and Xtreme-ActiveSQX IP cards when the same sources feed a video wall.
Is XtremeDV the right range for DVI, VGA or composite sources?
No — XtremeDV is digital only. For DVI-I, analogue RGB/VGA, YPbPr, composite or S-Video sources, see the Mixed-Signal Capture Cards (XtremeAV / XtremeRGB).
