    • Leading edge 600MHz graphics processor with 512MB GDDR5 at 800MHz
    • PCI Express 2.1 bus interface supporting x4, x8 and x16 lane widths
    • High output resolution from 4x DisplayPort 1.1a video ports, each providing up to 359 Mpixels per second at 24bit. For example, 2560 x 1600 at 60Hz
    • Up to 16 cards per system for a maximum of 64 display channels
    • This four channel DisplayPort graphics card is optimised for use with the EMS XtremeRGB range of capture cards for systems requiring video overlays from a wide range of sources and resolutions.

The XtremeVision-PRO combines a single, powerful graphics processor with improved memory and PCI Express bandwidths to provide responsive performance at up to double the resolution of previous EMS graphics cards.

Advanced display technology allows up to 16x XtremeVision-Pro graphics cards to be supported by the EMS display driver, providing a high resolution Windows desktop comprising of up to 64 screens.
This ability to present standard Windows applications alongside full frame-rate videeo on a single high resolution desktop allows the visualization of large amounts of data at once to aid effective decision making. To complete the integration into a single desktop, all the outputs of the XtremeVision-Pro graphics card are automatically frame-locked across all cards within a system.

This DisplayPort graphics card is optimized for use with the EMS XtremeRGB range of video capture cards for systems requiring video overlays from a wide range of sources and resolutions. The EMS drivers can allow for monitors positioned in either landscape or portrait or a mixture of the two. Video windows can be positioned and sized anywhere on the multi-screen desktop, while maintaining full frame rate, true colour rendering throughout.

Combining the XtremeRGB video capture cards with an XtremeVision-Pro graphics controller allows the construction of high-end video wall display systems.

The XtremeVision-Pro card natively supports four full-sized DisplayPort outputs for high resolution, locking cable connectors and significantly longer cable lengths. Air flow management is optimized through the use of passive cooling, providing high reliability for any multi screen solution.

  • Software: VigiControl for the XtremeVision-PRO Video Wall Controller:

Special multi display driver for use with Windows 7 64 bit and Windows Server 2008. This driver package supports image rotation of 90, 180 and 270 degrees, allowing landscape displays to be rotated in to portrait orientation or used upside down.

EMS provides a multi-resolution configuration utility to set the display modes and orientations of the individual screens that are making up the video wall. This feature allows a single controller to be used to create multiple smaller display walls, with several groups of screens running at different resolutions and/ or refresh-rates, making the XtremeVision-PRO ideal for display wall and digital signage applications.

EMS's VigiControl video wall software is designed to make full use of EMS's graphics and video capture hardware technology and maximises the use of available hardware acceleration both on video inputs and outputs.

VigiControl allows advanced interactive desktop control, enabling you to simply launch and position video and Microsoft Windows applications to create complex wall layout configurations. VigiControl presents a representational window of the entire display wall showing position and size of windows, including a live sample of all video content.

EMS VigiControl video wall software enables you to configure your multi screen display, launch video overlays and create a wall layout configuration. With the full version it is possible to save layouts and recall them for future use and also operate Wall Control on a remote PC via a network connection. The XtremeVision-PRO graphics card is supplied with a free version of VigiControl without these advanced features.

VigiControl is available in two versions:

    • VigiControl - Free version. (Evaluation version, some limitations to functionality).
    • VigiControl-red - Licensed version with a hardware USB key (dongle).

The EMS DPextend module allows the DisplayPort outputs of the EMS XtremeVision-PRO video graphics card to drive resolutions of up to 2560x1600x60Hz over 30m into a native DisplayPort monitor.

    Feature of DPextend:

    • Supports all DisplayPort 1.1a resolutions up to 2560x1600 (up to 385Mpixels/sec)
    • Connects two 15m DisplayPort cables to provide 30m cable runs.
    • Powered from the EMS XtremeVision-PRO video graphics card

dual port adapterThe compact DPextend module sits securely in the middle of the cable run, using full-sized, locking DisplayPort connectors, and intelligently boosts and equalises the DisplayPort signals to extend the cable length.

The EMS DPadapt module is an active DisplayPort to DVI converter which allows the EMS XtremeVision-PRO graphics card to drive legacy single-link DVI monitors at up to 165Mpixels/s.

    Feature of DPadapt:

    • Active DisplayPort to DVI conversion at up to 1920x1200
    • Supports up to 15m DisplayPort input cables
    • Supports single link DVI-D output

Unlike other DisplayPort to DVI converters which have short, fixed DisplayPort connections, the DP adapt can accept a long input cable, allowing it to exploit the improved cable driving performance of the DisplayPort signal standard.DVI adapter
